What manufacturers ask us most often

Can our existing customers use the shop, or is it only for new customers?

Both are possible, and in practice most manufacturers mainly use the shop for existing customers. These customers log in with their current terms and can place orders right away. The shop reduces the workload for the inside sales team without replacing the existing sales model.

What happens when different customers have different prices?

This is precisely one of the key aspects for manufacturers. In Shopify Plus, you can assign individual price lists for each customer or customer group. Once logged in, your customer automatically sees their agreed terms, and no one else can view these prices.

How does the integration with our ERP work?

That depends on which ERP you use and which data needs to be synced. As a rule, we connect stock, prices, customer data, and orders in both directions, so nothing has to be maintained twice. In the first conversation, we clarify what makes sense and is possible in your system.

How much does a project like this cost?
